In 2007, SRF Foundation started the Enhancing Early Education Programme (3EP) to carry forward the ethos of The Shri Ram School (TSRS).

The objective of this bi-yearly programme was to encapsulate the methodology and philosophy of The Shri Ram School and impart it to the teacher trainees in the area of pre-school education. During this training period, the trainee-teachers undergo two phases of internship; one in The Shri Ram School and the other in one of the leading schools of Delhi and Gurgaon.
