SRF Foundation initiated the Vocational Skills Training Programme which aims to create employment opportunities for youth in the age group of 18 to 30 years. It provides a platform where skill based training is imparted to the trainees who on completion of the programme are placed in the relevant industry.

Catering to the deprived and underprivileged youth in the rural areas of Mewat district, the Foundation through this programme aims at developing capabilities of the rural youth so as to make them economically independent.
